- prep. lips with balm or chapstick;
- line and fill in lips with liner that compliments natural lip tone;
- use a berry lipstick a little brighter than you would normally wear and then blot with tissue (try "viva" or "street smarts"). You should be left with a lovely stain.
- add a touch of "sunshine" eye cream to the center of your lower lip for dimension;
- finish with a layer of clear gloss.
